Randy Polonsky has more than 20 years of FP&A experience in both public and private companies. He has served as Vice President of FP&A since April 2023. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Polonsky served as the Company’s Head of FP&A from November 2021 to April 2023. Before joining Talis, Mr. Polonsky was the FP&A Director at Vyaire, a global respiratory company. Prior to Vyaire, Mr. Polonsky was the Sr. Manager of Financial Planning at CDW, an IT Services and Solutions provider. Mr. Polonsky is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin where he obtained a BBA degree in Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business. He also obtained his MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
