Emily Korkofigas is an operations focused leader with over 15 years of experience in the medical device field. As the head of operations at Talis Biomedical, Emily is responsible for overseeing facilities, material control, procurement, logistics and field support functions. In this role, she leverages her experience in infectious disease diagnostics field to ensure that Talis Biomedical’s operations are efficient, effective, and aligned to drive success for the company and deliver innovative solutions that will improve patient outcomes. Throughout her career, Emily has been responsible for driving key initiatives that have resulted in significant revenue growth, increased customer satisfaction, improvement to products and quality system processes. Prior to joining Talis Biomedical, Emily led the operations department at Endotronix, managed global risk management for Luminex, and built the customer service & support programs at Nanosphere Inc. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from DePaul University.
